Pokémon items are strictly limited to one of each item per account/household and are in store collection only, you must pick up your own order.

Multiple orders from the same account or address will be cancelled.

If the item has shrink wrap this will be removed when we complete your order.

If you request for an order to cancelled we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover the costs of processing fees.
